Huayi Compressor Barcelona launches new B and S R290 Cubigel compressors

Following the main trends in the light commercial refrigeration, is continuously working on the development of new compressor models where the highest efficiency and the use of ‘green’ refrigerants are a must. For this reason it has extended its R290 ranges in the lower and upper side.

As propane (R290) is being gradually introduced in commercial appliances as a replacement for CFC, H-CFC and HFC refrigerants which have a high impact on the environment, R290 has no direct contribution to global warming (GWP = 3) and null Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP = 0).

Following the main trends in the light commercial refrigeration, is continuously working on the development of new compressor models where the highest efficiency and the use of ‘green’ refrigerants are a must. For this reason it has extended its R290 ranges in the lower and upper side.

The New R290 Cubigel Compressors B range is covering the lower part of the catalogue in terms of displacement increasing the range from 2.20cc to 4.50cc, extending the cooling capacity from 86kCal/h to 173kCal/h in LBP and 230kCal/h to 330kCal/h in HMBP applications, offering better efficiency and size reduction.

The company also extended the use of R290 to its S range covering up to 34cc, offering a wider cooling capacity in propane, up to 1164kCal/h for LBP applications with the new NS26FB and NS34FB, and the most efficient solution in its size.

The Green Cooling ranges are 30% more efficient than standard ranges and covers all different requirements in terms of cooling capacities, applications and voltages and comprise high efficiency, natural refrigerants and variable speed compressors.

Huayi Compressor Barcelona is convinced that the future is linked to natural refrigerants, hydrocarbons and more efficient products, and these will be the main focus of the group in the coming years.

With these new models Huayi Compressor Barcelona says that it offers the most extended R290 range in the market.

Huayi Compressor Barcelona SL is part of Huayi Compressor Co Ltd group, and specialises in designing, manufacturing and selling hermetic compressors and condensing units for the light commercial refrigeration market.

Operating under the Cubigel Compressors brand, the products are supported by European quality production. Located in Barcelona, the company exports more than 95% of its production and focuses on a product innovation strategy based on more than 55 years of experience.

Cubigel Compressors products offer a wide range of compressors covering from 2.2cc up to 34cc working with most refrigerant gases, voltages and for any type of application.
