Compressor specialist Bitzer has made the installation of its ECOSTAR condensing units easier with the launch of a training video on its website and also on YouTube.
With the new ECOSTAR LHV5E and LHV7E series, Bitzer says it has developed two air cooled and particularly energy efficient series’ of condensing units.
The video shows the company’s employees carrying out the installation of an ECOSTAR condensing unit. A narrator explains the correct mounting, commissioning and use of the new ECOSTAR LHV5E and LHV7E series in English, German, French and Spanish. Ease of installation and use, low noise and reliable operation, as well as their low maintenance, are distinguishing features of the LHV5E and LHV7E units.
Bitzer ECOSTAR condensing units offer intelligent technology for efficient capacity and promise users long-term planning security. For example, the new LHV5E and LHV7E series exceed the specifications of the EU Ecodesign Directive. From July 2018, the minimum efficiency performance standards (MEPS) requirements will become much stricter. Bitzer has taken early action not just to meet these strict efficiency criteria but to exceed them.
Depending on the type of unit, the condensing units are suitable for use with HFC refrigerants R134a, R404A, R407A, R407C, R407F and R507A as well as for HFO/HFC blends R448A, R449A, R450A and R513A. Design data for all refrigerants is integrated into the Bitzer software and therefore easily accessible. In addition, the performance data sheets can be created as PDF files in the Bitzer software in accordance with the EU Ecodesign Directive. All other documents, for example the operating instructions or technical information, can also be easily downloaded using the QR code on the condensing unit’s name plate. Whether in the warehouse or on the building site, it's possible to access the documents no matter where you are. Particularly useful: At the same time, the data stored on the QR code is used to check if the condensing unit is an original Bitzer product. The Bitzer Electronics Service Tool (BEST) also allows users to monitor commissioning or adjust the characteristics for unusual applications via Bluetooth.
