Carla Cameron has joined as UK Marketing Manager, bringing more than 27 years of B2B experience, including her most recent role as Marketing Services Manager at Mitsubishi Electric Living Environmental Systems. She said she looked forward to helping make advanced technology “easy to understand and engaging” for customers as the company continues its UK expansion.

With more than two decades in HVAC, beginning as an apprentice engineer in 2005, he has since founded mechanical services businesses and worked in product sales and specification. He said he was proud of the industry’s contribution to decarbonisation and noted Qvantum’s role in that transition.
Manishka Hart becomes Sales Support Manager, bringing over seven years of operational experience in procurement and business planning within the HVAC sector. She will work with distributors on heat pump and spare-parts supply, coordinate with colleagues in Sweden on stock levels, and support the UK sales team on product updates and operations. She highlighted the company’s focus on customer support.
Louis Jackson has taken up a full-time Sales Support Executive position after completing an internship. His initial responsibilities include CRM development to improve internal processes and support growth. He said he was keen to contribute to the company’s work in advancing heat pump technology.
Qvantum UK CEO Phil Ord said the new appointments would support the company’s wider goals around fossil-free heating and energy-system integration, adding that the organisation was established to “do things differently” as it works towards those aims.
