COMPRESSOR remanufacturer the Preston Group has become the sole distributor in several European countries for the full range of Spanish manufacturer Gelfred's Gelpha range of semi-hermetic compressors, spare parts, ancillary equipment and condensing units. DE'LONGHI has purchased a controlling interest in RC Lux, the holding company of fellow Italian chiller manufacturer the RC Group. The deal, which gives De'Longhi 83.3% of the business for Euro31m, follows the signing of a strategic alliance between the two companies in July.
