Hugh Cole leaves WR Refrigeration

HUGH Cole, md of WR Refrigeration, is reported to have left the Leicestershire-based company after three years in the role. The company is currently being headed by Hannu Saastamoinen, ceo of parent company Huurre Group, with day-to-day responsibility for the business in the hands of WR Refrigeration's existing senior management team.

While no other details were revealed, business development and marketing director Patrick Mullins said: 'It is very much business as usual - the experienced team at WR is focused on developing and expanding our technology offering, and further enhancing our service to customers.'

In a separate move, the company has announced that it is to move into manufacturing at a state-of-the-art facility in South Wales. The new operation will specialise in the production of high efficiency refrigeration plant for supermarkets and commercial applications.
