Cordant Group makes senior appointment

Facilities services and recruitment business, Cordant Group PLC, has appointed Jamie Reynolds to the newly created position of group commercial director.

Facilities services and recruitment business, Cordant Group PLC, has appointed Jamie Reynolds to the newly created position of group commercial director.

Reporting directly to ceo Chris Kenneally, he will manage a central sales team of 30 people responsible for developing specialist managed and integrated facility service opportunities across all major sectors.

He will also identify further synergies across the business, particularly looking at integrated outsourcing solutions using the company’s key foundations of people, process and technology. These will be designed to drive performance output focusing on areas such as compliance, productivity and high levels of service.

He will continue to head up the company’s Sales Academy which was set up earlier this year, following a £1 million investment, and is designed to attract new people into the sector and help them to develop into the business leaders of tomorrow. 

Jamie has more than 20 years of experience within the service industry and has held a number of senior commercial and management roles, including ceo at GSH Group and group development director at Initial Facilities. He joined Cordant Services in December 2014.
