Bosch appoints VRF sales manager

This news follows the announcement that Bosch has entered the UK air conditioning market with the launch of a new VRF range.

Bosch Commercial and Industrial has boosted its sales team with the appointment of a new variable refrigerant flow (VRF) sales manager.

Carlos Leyton joins Bosch with more than five years’ experience in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning sector. During this time his roles have included project developer and manager, as well as project and asset engineer, and have spanned the mechanical engineering and building automation sectors.

Beginning his career in Caracas, Venezuela, Carlos worked for some of the leading names in air conditioning installation and manufacture before his most recent project brought him to the UK where he oversaw the updating of HVAC Systems and preventive maintenance at GlaxoSmithKline’s R&D facility in Hertfordshire.

His extensive experience of the air conditioning market means he will be responsible for liaising with and advising consultants and specifiers on Bosch’s VRF system design and installation in order to deliver efficient performance plans within agreed budgets and time-scales.
