adi Group, the Birmingham-based engineering solutions company, has bolstered its senior leadership team with the appointment of Lee Price as group sales director to drive company-wide growth across its specialist engineering divisions.
He has more than ten years’ sales and business development experience in the commercial building, safety and facilities management sectors, which he will use to implement adi’s long-term business development strategy and cement its position in the market as a leading engineering solutions provider.
His previous roles include national commercial director for facilities management provider, GSH Group and various senior posts at construction services company, Carillion.
Originally appointed to the role of commercial director of adi’s facilities engineering (FE) business, Lee has now assumed responsibility for company wide sales as group sales director following an initial review of the FE growth strategy. He will be working closely with all adi businesses and further developing group targets to ensure the company maximises opportunities that exist in today’s challenging marketplace.
The appointment is the latest milestone in adi’s aggressive growth strategy which will see the group double its staff and turnover by 2020, creating 500 new jobs nationwide.
Founded as a single business offering in 1990, adi Group has quadrupled in size since 2005 and today boasts a turnover of £80m and more than 500 employees.
