More than 150 papers from over 30 countries have now been accepted for the 12th IIR Gustav Lorentzen Natural Working Fluids Conference from 21-24 August, which is being hosted by the Institute of Refrigeration.
In addition, the conference organisers have announced that J&E Hall has now signed up as a platinum sponsor of the conference.
J&E Hall’s marketing manager Helen Jerram said: “J & E Hall are delighted to be announced as platinum sponsor of the Gustav Lorentzen Natural Working Fluids Conference 2016. Natural refrigerants have been used for more than 130 years, but today their relevance is more important than ever.”
She continued: “With a need for refrigerants which have low GWP the application of natural refrigerants offers the potential to improve the environmental performance of refrigeration systems. At J & E Hall we have been designing systems with natural refrigerants for over a hundred years and understand the need to drive down carbon emissions, improve efficiencies and reduce energy consumption.
“The Gustav Lorentzen Natural Refrigerants Conferences is the most important international forum for the discussion and exchange of ideas in recognition that natural working fluids are not just an option, but an integral part of our future, and that of generations to come,” Ms Jerram concluded.
Other sponsors include gold sponsor, Epta Refrigeration and silver sponsors Bitzer, Emerson Climate Technologies and Yellow Jacket.
The 2016 event will focus on sustainability and the challenges and opportunities that the growing need for greener technologies and practices offer to the world of Natural Working Fluids. For more information about the scope of the conference and to book a place visit www.gl2016.com
