Beijer Ref, the European refrigeration and air conditioning wholesaling company which acquired United Refrigeration wholesale in 2011, has renamed the business RW Refrigeration Wholesale.

Since the acquisition Beijer Ref has taken the business from a regional to national player and believes it is now fitting to rebrand RW in line with the fresh thinking approach.

National operations manager Andy Berry said: “It is the right time to cut the apron strings as we live for the future now not in the past. We have added three new branches to the network since being with Beijer Ref in Hull, Edinburgh and Exeter. There are more new branches in the pipeline in line with our plans for market share growth.”
