Diker joins from AGA Rangemaster, where he held a series of senior commercial positions over seven years, most recently as Commercial Director with responsibility for international business strategy, P&L management, and revenue growth. Prior to this, he served as Director of Sales and Marketing at Rangemaster, playing a pivotal role in driving EBITDA performance and expanding global sales operations.

With a proven record of delivering sustainable growth and building strong customer relationships, Diker will lead Thermofrost Cryo into its next phase of development. His priorities will include strengthening customer partnerships, identifying opportunities in the rapidly evolving refrigeration and HVAC markets, and supporting the company’s long-standing commitment to innovation, service excellence and leadership in the industry’s decarbonisation transition.
