Shorts takes on Robur products

SHORTS Environmental has taken on the UK distribution of the Italian Robur range of air-cooled chillers and heat pumps.
'Electrically powered chillers have been around for years and are often considered as a more cost-effective alternative to splits and VRF systems,' confirms Shorts md Paul Welsby. 'However, with the Robur range of air conditioning solutions powered by natural gas or LPG, we are able to offer end-users in the UK a real environmentally friendly alternative for the first time.' It is expected to appeal to those buildings with limited availability of electricity.

The Robur product will give Shorts clients an alternative to its current LG and Mitsubishi Heavy ranges. Robur are no strangers to the UK - for many years the equipment was marketed by British Gas.
