UK: Pendle Refrigeration, the Burnley-based refrigeration equipment wholesaler, is branching out into the world of air conditioning following the company's appointment as UK and Ireland distributor for the Sinclair brand.
Already well-established in Eastern Europe, Sinclair units are less well-known in the UK but are already available in Scandinavia, Germany, Holland, Austria and Switzerland. They are manufactured in the Far East by Czech company NEPA, a Brno-based company that formerly acted as an agent for Sharp air conditioners.
Pendle will initially offer a range of inverter split heat pumps systems with further products from the Sinclair range being added in the future.
Currently available is a range of high wall units from 2.6kW cooling and 3.5kW heating to 6.4kW cooling and 7kW heating and cassettes, under ceiling and ducted units from 5.3kW cooling and 6.2kW heating to around 11kW cooling and 12kW cooling.
