REFRIGERANT regulations and R22 phaseout are some of the main themes to be explored by the French HVACR industry at a refrigerants conference this October.
The French HVACR Industry Association (AFCE) is holding the one-day conference on October 9 at Ecole des Mines de Paris.
Attendees will witness Thomas Verheye and Marios Avraamides of the European Commission present on the evolution of refrigerant regulations.
Stéphanie Barrault of CE&P Ecole des Mines de Paris will present on recovered refrigerant quantities and estimates for the future, Serge François of Climalife/SNEFCCA, will talk about R22 replacements and Johnson Controls' Bernard Philippe will present on installations retrofit practical cases.
The conference will end with the AFCE president's conclusions on refrigerants in the future.
