Thain Gummer joins PACAIR as the specification sales manager for the London and South East region. With a career spanning 30 years in the air conditioning industry, Gummer began his journey in distribution as an AC technical support engineer for a national wholesale company. He then moved into product management before transitioning into sales, where he spent 14 years with LG Air Conditioning as the national distribution manager. Recently, Gummer returned to distribution, collaborating closely with installers and consultants, particularly in the VRF market.

Bryony Reeve has been appointed as sales support. Reeve brings valuable experience from her previous role as a service coordinator in the medical field and holds business qualifications. At PACAIR, she will be instrumental in supporting the sales team, handling quotations, answering customer queries, and managing general administrative duties.

Laura Jones joins as operations co-ordinator. With over two decades of experience in retail and retail management, Jones has honed her skills in customer service and client satisfaction. After a successful career transition into the IT industry, she has spent the last two years as a technical operations coordinator, excelling in team collaboration and relationship-building within the workplace. Jones is dedicated to fostering a positive and energetic office environment that enhances productivity and teamwork.
