Fan builder Ziehl-Abegg used knowledge based on mother nature, transformed and applied with the latest development tools to design the most efficient and silent fans. In some panels experts of Ziehl-Abegg showed new products and solutions. With the clear focus at digitalization: this is an essential driver of present and future developments. A big point of interest was the value of retrofit in the world of Refrigeration and HVAC. The experts explained about the possibility to save money within two years by changing old into new fan and motor technology,
“My colleagues reported an unsatisfying communication on online levels without the direct physical contact to our customers especially in complex topics,” explained Mr Fenkl. This is on one hand sad, but under the present circumstances still the best we can do and highly appreciated. It shows that the industry is flexible enough to adapt quickly to changed circumstances and necessities.
Mr Fenkl underlined that: “we still have to remember, that even under these difficult circumstances we have to set course for the business of tomorrow”. And he adds: “This is why we were represented in such an elaborate way at the digital Chillventa.” But Mr Fenkl is sure, that nothing can replace the personal contact: “We are desperately looking forward to get again in direct and personal interaction with our customers.”
Ziehl-Abegg showed a deep insight in the fan and electric motor producing company. “Quality starts with the mindset,” explained Mr Fenkl. From developing to production and sales, quality is always on the mind. Latest with the development of Covid-19 the world learned that supply chains are very fragile. This is supporting the Ziehl-Abegg strategy to produce as much as possible themselves selves and in the global region to make sure the company will be able to fulfil the delivery promises. Ziehl-Abegg produces fans from steel, aluminium or high-performance composite material ZAmid and has its own electronic production.
