Members invited to stand for IOR elections

INSTITUTE of Refrigeration members are invited to stand for election to the IOR Executive Council but nominations must be submitted by December 31.
The institute's new constitution was adopted by the membership at the AGM on November 5. Two individuals are needed to fill seats that will become vacant from April 1, 2010.

IOR council members can get involved in the work of the institute by joining committees, taking part in steering groups and representing the organisation at industry meetings. The council meets three times a year and from April 2010 will be chaired by the president, Dr Andy Pearson.

Member, fellow and associate grade members are eligible to stand for election.
