Keysource, the expert in business critical environments, has appointed a senior industry specialist to head up its fast growing Critical Facilities Management Division. The appointment is in response to increasing demand from organisations who recognise the need for a specialist approach to engineering and operations in business critical environments.

Tod Harrison joins the business as managing director - facilities management from Optimum Group Services, where he held the role of managing director for the past five years. Prior to that he was a director at Norland Managed Services.

As well as taking a seat on the Board of Directors, Mr Harrison's remit will be to grow Keysource’s operational services across data centres and other business critical environments. With a focus on the highest standards and service levels Tod will develop our in-house critical engineering expertise to deliver a full range of operational and facilities management services underpinned by leading technology platforms.

Mike West, managing director at Keysource, said: “We are delighted Tod has joined the business at this exciting time. There is a big difference between traditional FM and operations vs those in critical environments and as a specialist, we are able to support all types of environments.  We are focused on delivering the very best levels of service and performance for our customers. Tod possesses a wealth of experience which will further strengthen our management team and support the continued growth of the business in the critical operations space.”
