Under the terms of the agreement, Incentive Tec will be delivering vital m&e and HVAC services whilst ensuring that all safety systems such as fire alarms and sprinkler systems remain fully operational and compliant.

The contract covers three properties in Manchester – One King Street (currently occupied by Waterstones), 1 The Avenue, Spinningfields (currently home to Armani, Australasia, CMS Cameron McKenna and Brewin Dolphin), and 3-5 Charlotte St (Bank of East Asia), as well as St Paul’s House in Leeds.

As part of the contract, an Incentive Tec engineer will be based at each site for one day every week, with additional 24/7 support from the organisation’s in-house mobile team, strategically placed across the UK.
