Facilities managers unaware of ECA benefits

A NEW UK survey has found that 67% of facilities managers are not aware of the Enhanced Capital Allowance (ECA). In addition, 74% did not know the potential cost savings they could make for their business under the scheme.
The survey by Daikin Airconditioning UK revealed that although nearly two thirds of premises have air conditioning installed, close to 50% of facilities managers were unaware of the energy efficiency benefits of the latest air conditioning systems.
