Family-run business, European Refrigeration of Rayleigh, Essex, has been awarded the Royal Warrant of Appointment to Her Majesty the Queen for provision of their services as Commercial Refrigeration Engineers.
The Warrant is effective from 1 April 2016 for a five year period, granting the firm the right to display the Queen’s coat of arms.
The prized Royal Warrants are granted to companies or people who have regularly supplied goods or services to either the Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh or the Prince of Wales for no fewer than five consecutive years and who have an ongoing trading arrangement. The origins of the Royal Warrant date back to the 15th century. Today, there are around 800 holders of the Appointment, representing a huge cross-section of trade and industry. Those who hold them are recognised for their commitment to the highest standards of customer care, quality and excellence.
Established in 1985, European Refrigeration provides service, maintenance and sales of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment throughout Essex, London and the Home Counties. The company is dedicated to exceeding customer expectations in all areas, including safety, as demonstrated by its rigorous training programme.
Company chairman and director of European Refrigeration, Derek Murton, said: 'I feel so privileged and proud that my company has been granted this Royal Warrant and we are sure that this accolade will serve to enhance our reputation and attract a broader network of clients.”
