Engineering Forms makes paperwork painless

Engineering Forms is a programme designed to improve and better manage all paperwork completed by field engineers, from PPM service and reactive work to recording company receipts or purchases and vehicle inspections.

The app makes completing the paperwork quick and easy, while ensuring that all necessary information is captured during the first visit.

A cloud based dashboard then provides managers with a convenient way to store, search and download all the data contained within the individual forms completed by all company users.

Advantages for managers include F-Gas refrigerant tracking, REFCOM and Gas Safe compliance, managing extra works sheets from service jobs and call-outs, plus specific email alerts that can be sent out based on an engineer’s answers to the technical questions contained within the forms.

To save time, engineers are able to send, save and even duplicate reoccurring paperwork from inside the app. They can also share larger forms, such as fan coil test sheets, with other engineers by printing and scanning QR codes between them to improve engineering continuity and overall work quality.

Clients have the ability to scan QR codes with any QR reader to view the completed PDF certificate, ensuring quick and easy auditing in the future.

Users may choose from a growing database of pre-made industry standard Engineering Forms, and/or transfer existing company paperwork into the app.

The service is always tailored to the business it is supporting, but without the high costs normally associated with creating a bespoke IT system designed for the same purpose.
