Mr Matic joined Emerson in Aachen in 2011 as a financial analyst. Following several roles of increasing leadership responsibility, he was appointed vice president of operations in 2019, and in 2021 was named vice president of product management & operations, where he was responsible for operations, supply chain, quality, engineering, and marketing.

Mr Matic holds a global executive MBA from IE Business School in Madrid as well as a bachelor’s degree in international business administration from RheinMain University of Applied Sciences in Wiesbaden.
