Dean & Wood distributes Parasense leak detectors
[firstParagraph]
REFRIGERATION parts wholesaler Dean & Wood has agreed to exclusively distribute Parasense's refrigerant leak detection system.
The three year deal, sees Dean & Wood and Parasense are working together for the first time.
John Smith, Dean & Woods technical director said “Customers can come to Dean & Wood for literally everything they need to control and monitor the refrigeration systems they either install or maintain.”
He added “For our customer’s customer, loss of refrigerant has a detrimental effect on the energy usage of a refrigeration system and therefore the cost of owning the refrigeration plant. '
'Installing a Parasense system not only allows the owner of the plant to monitor the containment of the expensive refrigerant, and therefore the efficiency of their system, but it also allows them to meet the requirements of H&S and legal legislation.”
Parasense's refrigerant leak detection system allows individual refrigerant types to be set, allowing a detection criteria bespoke to the plant.
Steve McMahon of Parasense said “Choosing them was very easy for us – we were impressed with the ease of communication from all levels of the company together with the obvious drive from the sales team to increase its customers’ awareness of the F-Gas regulations and the benefits our leak detection systems will provide them while aiding compliance of those regulations.”
