Ms Caden has been involved in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry for over 17 years and is currently technical director of USystems, an American company in the design and manufacture of Data Centre cooling solutions. She has been actively involved with the Institute of Refrigeration, being elected to the Board of Trustees in 2018 and with a particular interest in Education and Training Committee as well as the Women in RACHP Steering Group.
Outside of the IoR Ms Caden is also involved with a variety of industry-related platforms including SkillFRIDGE and in the wider world, she has been awarded STEM Ambassador status.
