The announcement was made to Hawco employees yesterday by David Goode from Hawco's parent company Diploma Plc. Mr Butler joined Hawco in 1999, taking on a series of roles spanning sales, product management and customer service. Most recently, Mr Butler was Hawco's commercial director.
Mr Taylor has been offered the role of managing director of a new group being created within the controls sector of Diploma.
