Blended Products makes new acquisition

Blended Products has announced the business and asset acquisition of Agricultural Anhydrous Ammonia, better known in the industry as Triple A.

Triple A supplies bulk tanker deliveries of anhydrous ammonia, as well as undertaking planned and emergency decant services.

Blended Products? managing director Alex Robinson said: “Triple A is an established, widely known company in a sector of the industry we have considered entering for some time. This acquisition will enable us to expand our product offering and services to our existing customer base whilst providing new opportunities to further grow our business. Both businesses are well aligned, and we expect a seamless transition for Triple A to new ownership.

“Having recently celebrated not only Blended Products’ 15th anniversary but also our best year of trading, this acquisition represents a fantastic start to 2019 and we are looking forward to a strong, exciting year ahead.”
