Lisa-Jayne Cook, from Gosport, will take responsibility for Aqua’s client base across the Southern region, playing a key role in assisting customers with their industrial and process cooling requirements, taking projects from the initial enquiry stage to design, delivery and installation.

Ms Cook has a strong engineering and refrigeration background, having spent the last 18 years working within the industry, gaining specialist knowledge of refrigeration and ambient cooling equipment. In her last role, she worked closely with leading supermarket brands to help them reduce their energy use and carbon footprint. Ms Cook is Building Services and Prince qualified.

Aqua sales manager, Shaun Lancaster, said: “Lisa’s engineering skills and her technical ability have quickly seen her become an integral part of our Southern sales team.  Lisa has already had hands on experience of the industry sectors Aqua is involved with and understands only too well the challenges and issues our customers face. I’m delighted to have Lisa on board and believe she will be a real asset to our customers.”

Based in Fareham, Aqua Cooling launched in the UK in 2000.  The business has grown and diversified over recent years and won a Queen’s Award for Enterprise: Innovation in 2015, as well as commendation from the Institute of Physics (IOP Commended Innovation Award) for its cooling technology.
