Plumb Parts and Drain Center is extending its opening hours even further this year to relieve the stress of emergency Christmas callouts.
Branches will be open from 07:30 to 17:00 on the 23rd and 28th, and from 08:00 until midday on the 24th, 27th, 29th, 30th and 31st. Branches will only close completely on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and 2nd January bank holiday.
However, customers will be able to check local branch stock, prices and order at any time over the festive period via their online accounts as well as being able to contact the customer support centre rather than going in to branch.
Customer service director, Gary Hitchens, said: “Having a merchant you can rely on is one of the most important aids to get through the festive period and we want customers to be reassured that they can pick up the parts they need, when the need them. As well as being the most open we’ve ever been at this time of year, we’ve also got 200 of the most in-demand parts in stock in every branch for off-the-shelf collection.”
