Daikin boosts installer rewards with Network relaunch

Daikin has relaunched its Sustainable Home Network at the InstallSHOW 2025, introducing a broader rewards programme and enhanced support to guide heat pump installers from first-time training to expert-level certification.

Daikin’s revamped Sustainable Home Network is designed to guide and reward installers throughout their heat pump journey. New members receive immediate benefits, including a discounted first order and access to training. The enhanced Business Rewards Fund offers bonuses for every registered installation, which can be reinvested in tools, marketing, and business growth initiatives. Installers also gain free training, reduced-cost MCS accreditation, and factory visit opportunities. Ongoing technical support, priority helpdesk access, and free commissioning assistance for initial installations further ensure installers are equipped for success.

To become a recognised Daikin Sustainable Home Installer, individuals must complete product installation training. After three installations, one supported by a Daikin specialist, they gain access to the installer locator, homeowner leads, and Business Rewards Fund bonuses. Installers who complete advanced training and gain MCS Certification can progress to Sustainable Home Expert status, unlocking higher rewards and maintaining their recognition by registering ten installations each year.

Giulia Kapp, Head of Communications and Marketing at Daikin, commented: “The upgraded Sustainable Home Network launches at a critical time for the heat pump industry, as Government initiatives and environmental concerns drive unprecedented demand for sustainable heating solutions. Our programme provides installers with the comprehensive support, training and rewards they need to capitalise on this growing market while building sustainable, profitable businesses. By offering expanded rewards and earlier access to benefits, we’re making the network even more accessible to a wide range of HVAC professionals, while ensuring customers receive the highest quality installations.”
