His leadership approach is tailored to each market’s unique needs, ensuring Daikin stays relevant and competitive globally.

Tomoji Miki’s career spans over 30 years at Daikin, during which he has worked exclusively in sales and held key leadership roles. His international experience includes 13 years in China, 7.5 years in Brazil, and three years in Malaysia. He also served as co-department manager of Daikin Europe’s Commercial DX SBU, further demonstrating his global expertise. In his roles as director of Daikin Malaysia and Daikin Brazil, Miki successfully drove growth by embracing both local business practices and Daikin’s global strategic vision.
