Cordant Projects, part of Cordant Services, has played a vital role in the creation of a stylish flagship restaurant within a new retail development in Hale Barns, Cheshire.
The company provided a range of mechanical and electrical (M&E) services and fabric works during the £1m fit out of FOX, the first new outlet launched by FOX Restaurant Group Ltd.
As principle contractor during the construction of FOX, Cordant Projects delivered a wide range of M&E services, including the installation of the lighting, heating, air conditioning, ventilation and plumbing systems, as well as the safety alarms. As part of the fabric works, the company fitted the internal aesthetics, including new flooring, decorative finishes and partition walls. In addition, Cordant Projects installed the ‘back of house’ area with a kitchen, cellar, staff room, toilets and office space. The nine-week project was successfully completed to time and to budget.
