Aspen Pumps acquires Salina SAS

Aspen Pumps Group, a global leader in design manufacture and distribution of condensate removal pumps, has completed the acquisition of Salina SAS, a leading French distributor of air-conditioning and refrigeration ancillaries, for an undisclosed sum.

This acquisition extends Aspen’s global footprint, adding an administrative office in Paris and an operational hub in Normandy.

As Aspen’s distributor in France, Salina has been pivotal in building Aspen’s position in the market, and the acquisition is a natural development in a close trading relationship that has lasted over 20 years.

Salina’s product offering comprises many high quality brands, including Aspen’s full range of condensate removal pumps, Aspen Xtra and Big Foot Systems.

This investment underpins the commitment of Aspen shareholder 3i Group plc to support Aspen’s global ambitions.

Aspen ceo, Adrian Thompson, said: “Salina is a great company that has built its market position through a dedication to strong brands, excellent service and customer relationships. We are delighted to welcome the team at Salina to the Aspen family. ”
