structuring of business segments by parent company, Nortek Inc.
The alignment with Nortek Global HVAC provides a stronger platform for Eaton-Williams to be a greater player in the market. There are considerable synergies between the other businesses in Nortek Global HVAC Europe operationally, and in the markets they all serve.
Managing director of Eaton-Williams, Ian Sams, said: “Being a part of Nortek Global HVAC in Europe, signals the start of an exciting new chapter. Founded in 1936 Eaton-Williams has designed and manufactured HVAC solutions on a worldwide basis. The company’s patented and proprietary products can be found in a wide range of industries including pharmaceuticals, education, healthcare and pioneered free cooling in data centres.
Next year it will celebrate its 80th year in the HVAC industry.
