UK: WR Refrigeration has been ranked as the top performing contractor in the UK refrigeration industry, according to an analysis by the RG Group, a company specialising in retail construction for major supermarkets such as M&S, Waitrose and Morrisons.
RG continuously evaluates suppliers against a detailed set of KPIs. The average for its refrigeration suppliers as a whole in a recent report was 7.57, while WR Refrigeration scored an average of 7.93 to the end of 2012, putting it ahead of rivals.
WR Refrigeration has worked with RG for more than 10 years, providing a range of services including installation and commissioning of refrigeration systems for projects at stores across the UK.
WR has worked with RG Group for more than 10 years. Over the past year activity has focused on Waitrose projects, ranging from small installations to complete replacement schemes and new store fit-outs.
The company has worked with RG Group recently on refits of Waitrose stores at Saxmundham, Suffolk, based on R407 refrigerant, and at Putney in London, using water cooled systems. The latest refit project is at Waitrose store in Billericay, Essex.
