WR Refrigeration gains F-Gas certification

ALL WR Refrigeration engineers have successfully completed F-Gas certification three months ahead of the mandatory deadline.
The company is now proceeding to full registration under the REFCOM scheme, ahead of the government's deadline for completion of 4 July 2011. All the engineers are now certified under the City & Guilds' level two award in F-Gas and ODS regulations: category 1 (2079-11) for the safe handling of refrigerant.

The certification programme covered more than 250 installation and field service engineers working throughout WR Refrigeration's nationwide network.

Patrick Mullins, business development and marketing director, said: 'It has been a great team effort on the part of our engineers and training team, headed by Paul Arrowsmith. We are now positioned to be able to deliver for customers ahead of the statutory deadline and ahead of the majority of the market.'
