Logicool will retain its brand identity and will operate as usual with its colleagues and customers. Logicool managing director, Karl Richardson, shares Wolseley’s growth ambitions to provide customers with an enhanced offering for renewable solutions.
Richardson said: “Logicool is an ambitious business and over recent years we have invested significantly in enhancements such as increased stock of heat pumps and new state of the art premises. Our continued challenge is to provide the best possible service, invest in new talent within our apprenticeship programme, and be able to supply an increased array of products and services, all of which require additional infrastructure and investment. This acquisition allows access to resources that Logicool needs in order to achieve our goals in an ever-changing market.”
