Who's man enough to fix this?

Not the worst I have seen but it is a classic example of a poorly installed DIY system that I spotted in East Grinstead.
Who
I can't imagine that health and safety was on their minds when this system was thrown in. However, they possibly saved themselves a packet on the installation, though.

No fixings for the refrigeration pipework, possibly because the tallest scaffold tower was not quite high enough, or maybe it was installed from a ladder and the longest ladder would not reach high enough. Or maybe it was a bit windy that day.

I suspect no one was man enough to climb up a ladder to that 25ft high drain pipe to finish it off. They just left it poking out for the birds to stand on, while the condensate drips down on any customers entering through the main (and only) entrance to hire equipment.

And the condenser itself seems to be tilting forward on its wall brackets. Even if it was bolted on tightly with strong bolts, I would not like to chance passing underneath it to get into the building.

I wonder if the installer was F-Gas Registered with REFCOM?

Now it's up there, who will maintain it? It is bad enough that it will need a tall scaffold each time, placed right in front of the main entrance to this building, but certainly no one with a sign-written van will want to be seen, parked close up to that instal, just in case the passing public presume their company installed it.
