Waterloo Air Products, with commitment from commercial and manufacturing teams, has been able to maintain a continuous dialogue and supply of product to all customers old and new during the restrictions imposed in response to COVID-19. Support from supply chain partners has been equally strong enabling the company to remain fully stocked with raw material.
As more construction projects resume, Waterloo has said that it is ready and waiting to actively support customers with the raw materials and manpower to cover all grille, diffuser, plenum and louvre requirements.
The UK government has also issued guidelines in working safely on construction sites, and lifted some restrictions to allow contractors to mitigate the challenges of smaller groups of people on site at any given time.Waterloo is working closely with customers to ensure that deliveries fit well with revised operating schedules including extended hours up to 9pm whilst meeting guidelines to minimise frequency of deliveries wherever possible
