Walter Meier buys Swiss chilled ceiling manufacturer

SWITZERLAND: Having acquired a minority stake in MWH Barcol-Air last year, Swiss humidification company Walter Meier has now taken over full ownership of this leading manufacturer of chilled ceilings.
The company will be incorporated into the Walter Meier Group as an independent subsidiary, and the existing management team will continue to be responsible for running the business.

MWH Barcol-Air was established in 1979 and has approximately 80 employees and sales in excess of £27m. It has subsidiaries in Switzerland, Germany, France and Italy.
