Trittin joins Qvantum Board amid rapid expansion

Qvantum, the Swedish manufacturer of modular heat pump systems, has appointed clean-tech entrepreneur Sandra Trittin to its Board of Directors. The move follows the company’s €108 million Series C financing round earlier this year, aimed at scaling production and accelerating international growth.

Trittin is widely recognised for her leadership in energy flexibility and digitalisation. She co-founded tiko Energy Solutions, a pioneer in smart grid technologies, and currently drives innovation at Beebop.ai, which applies AI to decentralised energy systems. She also founded Futurize.Energy, a strategic advisory platform for the energy sector.

“It is a great pleasure to welcome Sandra to Qvantum's board,” said Mats Leifland, Chairman of Qvantum. “She brings a unique combination of strategic sharpness and innovative power in clean-tech that further broadens the expertise of the board.”

Trittin cited Qvantum’s vision for fossil-free heating and cooling as a key motivator: “I am impressed by Qvantum’s development and look forward to contributing with my experience from previous clean-tech start-ups.”

The board includes leaders from energy, industry, and investment sectors, such as Karin Jarl Månsson (formerly Sydvatten and E.ON), Mats Rahmström (former CEO, Atlas Copco), and Per Colleen (TomEnterprise). Co-opted investor members include Thomas von Koch (TomEnterprise) and Willem Huiderkoper (IMAS Foundation).

“Sandra strengthens Qvantum's Board of Directors with invaluable experience from international growth companies. Together with the Board of Directors, we are now even better equipped to accelerate our expansion and establish Qvantum as a leading player in the European energy market,” said CEO Fredrik Rosenqvist.
