TP Group, the specialist technology, engineering and managed solutions group focused on the aerospace and defence and energy and process sectors, has won two orders in the defence sector worth around £1.95m, from Babcock International Group.
The orders are for the overhaul of submarine atmosphere control systems during the refit of two UK Submarines. The work will be carried out in Portsmouth over the next two years.
Chief executive officer, Phil Cartmell, said: 'We are very pleased to secure further maintenance and repair work from Babcock. These orders further strengthen our order book in the aerospace and defence sector, and provide good visibility of both revenue and production activity at our Portsmouth facility for 2016 and beyond.”
