Hancock decided to join TF Solutions because he was impressed by the company’s strong leadership and its focus on its employees. He believes the energy and ambition within the business make it an ideal place to work. His first goal is to get to know the staff and understand how the company operates on a daily basis.

In his new role, Hancock plans to support his team by giving them the tools they need to succeed. He is also focused on helping customers deal with industry changes, such as new regulations regarding refrigerants. While Hancock wants to look after long-term clients, he is also preparing the company to take on much larger projects.
TF Solutions is currently part of Travis Perkins plc and continues to invest in new products, including a partnership with Hitachi.
