The Jade Wide models are available in two and three-door versions. They have significantly more storage capacities than standard Jade counter models, which are designed to hold 1/1 GN trays. For example, the JWC2 model has a total capacity of 611 litres, compared to the 317 litres of a standard two-door Jade counter. Each section can hold two 2/1 GN trays, giving operators the flexibility to store larger quantities of ingredients exactly where they’re needed during service.

The counters feature the latest version of the Williams CoolSmart Controller. This provides excellent temperature control and uses intelligent technology so the refrigeration system only needs to operate when it’s required, thus minimising energy consumption.

Self-closing, barrel-locked doors fitted with magnetic balloon gaskets guarantee a tight seal, while low GWP, zero ODP, high-density, precision-injected polyurethane insulation and natural R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant also help to reduce energy use.

Jade Wide counters are built to Climate Class 5 and can perform reliably in hot kitchen environments, operating in ambient temperatures up to 43°C.

They are constructed from food-safe stainless steel on the exterior and an aluminium interior. Each door section includes two nylon-coated wire shelves as standard, with anti-tilt tray slides as an option.

The new models are fitted with heavy-duty non-marking castor wheels for easy movement within the kitchen. A comprehensive range of customisation options is available, including reverse units and splashbacks. Refrigerator models can additionally be customised with ergonomically angled raised pan holders or cut-out wells for enhanced ingredient storage and preparation. The new counters are compatible with third-party connectivity systems for remote monitoring.
