The joint venture will enable the two companies to cooperate closely in delivering unique modular data centre solutions globally using the very latest cooling technologies.
Managing director of Stulz GmbH, Oliver Stulz, said: “We have identified modular data centres as a growing market segment. This joint venture with TSI allows us to offer customers a complete solution for modular data centres from high performance computing to telecom enclosures using the latest bespoke designed cooling Stulz technology.'
