Storers marks 50th anniversary. Founder, Graham Storer, seated 3rd from left.
The business was founded in 1976 by Graham Storer as a supplier of commercial refrigeration equipment. It has since expanded into one of the UK’s best-known manufacturers of custom-built serveries, counters, cold rooms, carveries and bar systems.
A major part of the company’s long-term success has been its investment in an in-house engineering team and modern production methods. Storer operates dedicated CAD/CAM and CNC facilities, allowing engineers to design and manufacture highly tailored units to precise client requirements. This setup helps projects move smoothly from initial concept through to final build, with tight control over accuracy and quality.
Alongside full bespoke installations, the company also supports refurbishments and upgrades through its Drop-In range, which includes hot and cold plates, bains-marie, chilled wells, multi-tier displays and deli units. Storer is also known for its Airwing multideck range, available in refrigerated, heated and ambient versions.
Reflecting on the anniversary, founder Graham Storer said the milestone highlights the people and partnerships that have shaped the company over the past 50 years, adding that Storer is well placed to meet future challenges and opportunities.
