Service and Maintenance: New three-tier service

TO MEET the need for both equipment breakdown avoidance and energy efficient operation, air conditioning service and maintenance specialist Delrac ACS has now developed three levels of contract to meet individual needs.
Service and Maintenance: New three-tier service
They are full 24-hour service and maintenance with one or more on-site engineers; planned maintenance, with call-out options and monthly equipment checks; ad hoc call-outs for repairs and upgrading, with maintenance as required.

Differing requirements

By identifying differing site requirements, Delrac ACS can effectively deliver various types of air conditioning maintenance, including corrective – carried out to restore a defective item to a working condition as quickly as possible; preventive – to ensure the best possible operation of equipment and avoid costly unplanned equipment failure or shutdown; and predictive – examining the vital signs of the system through testing, inspection and condition monitoring.
