Our customer, a large American Bank involved in a refurbishment programme needed a temporary chiller to run their process for cooling their server room.
The customer called Cool Energy to source a rental chiller whilst waiting for their new ordered chiller to arrive.
Equipment Supplied
A 375kW chiller - complete with hi-pressure pump, flow switch with 80m x 4' flexible water hose and 4' connections were supplied on 30ft HIAB transport.
Cool Energy Solution
The Cool Energy rental engineer liased with the customer to ensure that the correct connections, sufficient space and power were available. The application was also discussed, which called for all of the equipment to be sited externally.
The customer agreed to utilise its power and water connections for the rental chiller in order to manage the problem quickly and safely.
Cool Energy delivered a 375kW chiller to site along with 2 engineers and installed the chiller by connecting 4' flexible water hoses and a rental run & standby circulation pump set powered by the rental chiller.
Within 4 hours the customer was up and running.
