Senior Hargreaves sold to M+W

UK: One of the UK's longest established ductwork companies, Senior Hargreaves, has been sold to the German-owned engineering and construction company M+W Group.
Speaking from M+W's UK base in Chippenham, UK CEO, Peter Greenhalgh said 'The Hargreaves team has a long history and extensive experience in technology based projects which fits well with our strategic plans for sustained growth in our target markets of science & research, technology manufacturing facilities and energy based programmes. We are looking forward to working with the management and the entire team at Hargreaves to deliver exciting plans for the business.'

Tim Hopkinson, CEO of Hargreaves commented: 'We welcome this news as an extremely positive step forward in the development of the company enabling us to drive overall growth of the company. This move will facilitate the ongoing development of our product portfolio and, crucially, investment in the business and the skills of our people, that can further strengthen our position at the forefront of the industry.'
