Ian Press joins Samsung after working at Mitsubishi Electric for 15 years, which involved contractor and consultant sales in the East Anglia area. With 30 years’ experience, Mr Press believes the biggest opportunity for Samsung is continuing to grow to make Samsung another viable HVAC solution provider in the market place in the coming years.
Andy Burrows has been appointed as Northern regional sales manager for Samsung from Mitsubishi Electric after 17 years looking after contractor sales for the Northern Region of the UK. Mr Burrows said: “Already in my short time here, I’ve been very pleasantly surprised with some of the innovative products Samsung have in place, such as the Wind-Free range and the fantastic looking 360 Cassette.”
Lastly, Andy Burt joins the Samsung team as Southern regional manager after 16 years at Mitsubishi Electric, with his most recent role being branch manager at Hatfield, managing sales, technical and operations. Commenting on the changing industry of heating and cooling, Mr Burt said: “Samsung is investing heavily in people, product and infrastructure to promote its industry leading products . I believe the market is ready for change in which Samsung has the ability to disrupt and innovate.”
